Daigo Onozuka – Author –

Editor and rice farmer living in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. While working at the STEEP editorial department, he returned to his hometown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He took advantage of this opportunity to take over the family rice farming business. He is currently enjoying rural life, following his interests, such as making a local pudding called "Echigo Rice Pudding."
