BLIZZARD's "ZERO G" series is a lightweight ski developed for backcountry touring. For the 2025-2026 season, the "TRUEBLEND TOUR WOODCORE" designed exclusively for the tour model has received a major update
The newly adopted "TRUEBLEND TOUR WOODCORE 2.0" is a next-generation construction that combines lightweight Paulownia wood and high-strength poplar wood in an ideal balance. It provides just the right amount of flex where needed, while ensuring high rigidity and stability underfoot. Furthermore, the tip and tail are softer for smoother turn initiation and improved terrain adaptability. Ash inserts under the binding also enhance torsional rigidity and power transfer without relying on carbon, providing exceptional stability even in harsh conditions.
In addition, the 5-radius sidecut improves turning characteristics. The center is straight and provides high grip, while the tip and tail curve smoothly, making it flexible for various snow conditions and terrain. From climbing to skiing, it provides excellent maneuverability and comfortable turns
The "RUSTER" and "SHEEVA" series have new graphics!
The "RUSTER" and "SHEEVA" series, which represent BLIZZARD's freeride category, have been given a new graphic design to attract more young riders. They have been reborn with more dynamic coloring and a more vibrant feel. The design expresses the coolness and exhilaration of powder riding, making them an eye-catching presence on the mountain
The ski construction utilizes the ever-popular "TRUEBLEND FREE RIDE" technology. By optimally positioning woods with different characteristics at the center, underfoot, tip, and tail of the ski, the flex balance is precisely controlled during the run. This not only provides high buoyancy and maneuverability in powder, but also excellent stability and power transmission on hard runs and at high speeds. Despite being a fat ski, its ability to create sharp turns has earned it strong support from core skiers every year.
When you think of BLIZZARD's brand colors, you might imagine the fiery reds and oranges that stand out on snow, as seen in the "FIREBIRD" series these days, but this season's BLIZZARD color is blue! The "FIREBIRD 76 RS TI," designed for sharpness and speed on the slopes, the "THUNDERBIRD R15-76 LTD," designed for skillful sharpness and slippage, and the "STORMBIRD 72 CA," designed for light maneuverability and comfort, all wear vibrant blues that are different from the colors of their respective series. Why not get your hands on the cooler, more stylish BLIZZARD skis this season?
Blizzard is a long-established Austrian brand founded in 1945. It has had a long history in the European and American Aspen racing scene, but due to industry trends, it became part of the Technica Group in 2006. Blizzard offers a wide range of products, from racing models to freeride and touring skis, but the freeride line in particular has seen remarkable growth in recent years due to increased use in the FWT (Freeride Word Tour)
The freeride line's flagship models, "RUSTER" and "SHEEVA," are characterized by their light weight, excellent gliding performance, and excellent bounce, and are highly regarded as masterpieces. This is due to the development team of engineers and riders working together to thoroughly test and create even better products
