This time, we'll be looking at the gear used by Naoto Kono, who knows Nozawa Onsen inside and out and is affectionately known as "Nao-san."
Naoto Kono, aka Naossan, 34,
works at his family's inn and rental shop in Nozawa Onsen, and spends his days skiing and snowboarding. His brothers are Kenji Kono, a former member of the Japanese ski cross team, and Katsuyuki Kono, a professional skier.
