We asked ARMADA, which is extremely popular among freeriders, about the new models and hot topics of the 2023-2024 season at the SNOW SPORTS Joint Exhibition (held February 14th-15th at Pacifico Yokohama)
The hugely popular "ARV" and "ARW" have undergone a full model change!

At this exhibition, ARMADA exhibited two of its flagship twin-tip models, the "ARV" and "ARW." For the 2023-2024 season, the ARV models 88, 94, and 100 were released, undergoing a full model change. Until last time, there were the ARV 86 and 96, but these have been discontinued, and these have been updated
What are the features of ARV88, 94, and 100?

The ARV88 is a full camber ski that's rarely seen these days, and is a classic ski that's completely focused on competition skis. It's lightweight, easy to handle, and has a strong rebound. It's a ski that will allow you to do even the most difficult tricks. It's a basic model that's perfect for skiers, as well as those who want to learn various tricks or take their game to the next level

The ARV94 has a slightly softer flex, in response to many requests from riders in the USA who want a softer ski. However, the flex near the feet is quite stiff, giving the impression that the tip and tail are a little softer. This makes it easy to butter using the tip and tail, do nollies and ollies, and depending on the length, it will also be great for freestyle tricks. This is the most central model in the ARV lineup. According to reviews at test rides, the new ARV94 is very easy to play with and many users like it

The ARV100 is the king of all-mountain freestyle skis. Its softer tip and tail than the 94, coupled with a larger rocker, make it versatile enough to handle a variety of conditions. The ultra-lightweight Carbacore keeps the weight down, allowing for powerful performance with less power, whether in the park or powder
The 2023-2024 ARV is 10-20% lighter than previous models, which is roughly the weight difference between a standard and ultralight tire. While the tire is dramatically lighter, it also boasts a redesigned sidewall structure and core material, ensuring it remains strong and durable despite its light weight
Don't miss the graphics

The graphics this time have a rather eccentric impression. The graphics were created by new designers, with ARV by David Alabo, an artist based in Arak, the capital of Ghana, and ARW by British artist Keeley Sheppard. Their original styles are as follows: David Alabo's is accented with geometric patterns, while Keeley Sheppard's is unique with feminine, sparkling gradients

ARMADA has long employed designers with different styles for each category each season, consistently creating fresh and sensational graphics that impact users and drive the brand to continue to grow its core fan base
