What was the situation on site like before the opening?
There was absolutely no snow on Friday, November 29th. Snow began to fall in the afternoon of the 29th, and by the afternoon of Saturday, the 30th, we were able to get the snow groomer up and running, so we quickly decided to open on December 1st

It snowed in the morning, but then cleared up
What will the amount and quality of snow be like on opening day?
The snow was 100cm at the summit and 40cm at the base. It was a little heavy, but we were able to enjoy the fresh snow on the ungroomed courses

Despite the short notice, nearly 700 people came to the event. Many of them were hardcore fans, and many customers were seen on powder boards and fat skis

We will be opening "Powder Terrace," a powder rental facility,
and adding two tree run areas.

When is the best time to go for powder and tree runs?
We are hoping for a La Niña this season.
As usual, the best time to go for powder snow and tree runs is from mid-January to the end of February.
