Clev Sports is located in Echigo Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture, an area known for its heavy snowfall. Conveniently located with easy access to numerous popular ski resorts, this ski and snowboard shop stocks everything you need to get up the mountain. It
carries the largest selection of ski and snowboard brands and products in the prefecture. In addition to hard gear, they also have a wide selection of accessories, including apparel, wax, and insoles.
The boot-related fitting section, which was revamped in 2023, is particularly impressive.
With an increasing number of brands now offering heat-molding, it has become the standard choice for intermediate and advanced skiers. Consultation is provided, the shell is heated, and the boots are put on and allowed to cool. This entire process is carried out meticulously by specialized staff.
Even if the boots are too tight, various specialized tools are used to mold the shell to fit each individual's foot shape. There is also a wide variety of insoles available, so you can choose one that suits your skiing style and skill level. Of course, you can also get advice from knowledgeable staff.

As a pro shop located close to the field, many staff members are on the snow on a daily basis, and they can provide advice based on their real-life experience, so you can shop with confidence to find what you need.
What's even more noteworthy is the presence of WINTERSTEIGER's latest tuning machine, the "Jupiter," of which only a few are currently in operation in the world

By adjusting the base edge and side edge angles in three zones from tip to tail, edge grip, sharpness, and easy turning control are combined to deliver the ultimate skiing experience for both expert and advanced skiers.
When you visit the Echigo Yuzawa area to ski, you can conveniently leave your skis there and have them tuned up. (The time it takes to tune up varies depending on the season.)

Although it requires membership for athletes, visitors can also use the facility, and even shoes can be rented. If you go skiing in the Yuzawa area, you can even use it on a day-by-day basis. There is also a service that creates a training menu tailored to each individual

During my student days, I was devoted to alpine skiing, but
now I enjoy skiing on fluffy powder, backcountry skiing, and even snowboarding.
