・Mountain courses outside the controlled area

Maximum gradient: 25 degrees Average gradient: 15 degrees / Distance: 2,400m / Slope orientation: Northeast

The summit, which is 748m above sea level and 400m above sea level from the base, is reached after climbing up the hiking zone. If you ski nonstop from the summit, you can do an ultra-long run of 1500m in total. Although dotted with trees, the ridge offers an open view, allowing you to enjoy the natural terrain as it is.

The difficulty level is not that high for a backcountry skiing course, but you will need to apply to ski down. You will need to sign the application form at the lift ticket office and wear an armband. (The 1,000 yen armband deposit will be refunded when you return the ticket. *Limited to junior high school students and above)

Condor Course

Maximum gradient: 24 degrees, average gradient: 17 degrees / Distance: 435m / Slope orientation: Northeast

This ungroomed course can be approached by traversing sideways from the third pair lift. It is wide and allows for a variety of lines to be taken. It can also be approached following the dynamic course.

・Dynamic course

Maximum gradient: 33 degrees, average gradient: 20 degrees / Distance: 280m / Slope orientation: Northeast

After getting off the third pair lift, it's about a 10-minute hike up to the summit of Mt. Masugata, where you can ski straight down the ungroomed snow course. The slope is steep enough to satisfy even advanced skiers.
