"Heartfelt hospitality" has been a tradition since our founding in 1948
Hotel Bell Heart is conveniently located just a 10-second walk from the main slope of Hakuba Tsugaike Kogen, where the bells ring, and a 5-minute walk from the Tsugaike Panorama Way gondola station.
Founded in 1948, this traditional inn boasts a long history, and the heartfelt hospitality that has been carefully passed down since ancient times is still maintained to this day.
The third-generation owner is Yusuke Fukasawa, who also served as an All-Japan Demonstrator. While currently teaching basic skiing at Tsugaike Ski School, he continues to ski the mountains of Tateyama, Tsugaike, and Hakuba, making him a highly successful businessman who wears many hats.

A guest room with a view of the natural hot springs and the Hakuba Sanzan mountains
Bell Heart has a natural hot spring called Hakuba Tsugaike Onsen "Kanenaru no Yu." Its highly effective waters are perfect for soothing fatigue after sports. There are also steam saunas in both the men's and women's baths, allowing you to relax. There
are 17 guest rooms in total, with four types available. Choose from a variety of rooms to suit your group size and preferences, from luxurious special rooms to Japanese-Western rooms that can accommodate up to six people and are perfect for families or groups, Western-style twin rooms with a panoramic view of the Hakuba Sanzan and the slopes, and Japanese-style rooms with a tranquil atmosphere.

Carefully prepared dishes using ingredients from Shinshu that have been lovingly grown
To make the most of the soil, climate, and delicious water that are ideal for growing vegetables in the Tsugaike Plateau at the foot of Mt. Hakuba, Bell Heart has always been committed to growing its own vegetables and rice.
Chef Yoshino, a native of Obihiro, Hokkaido, who has been running Bell Heart's kitchen for many years, grows his own vegetables and is particular about making everything by hand, carefully coordinating the ingredients he has lovingly grown and serving them to customers in an exquisite balance.
"Exquisite" or "Recommended!"
The restaurant boasts rice and vegetables grown by the owner himself, and you should definitely try the carefully selected wines from Nagano Prefecture
