Wing Hills Shiratori Resort | Plenty of skiing content even in summer

Enjoy one of the world's largest summer slopes

The whole picture of the summer slopes

Wing Hills Shiratori Resort offers a variety of activities for the whole family, but the skiing is especially popular in the summer. The reason is that it has one of the largest summer slopes in the world, certified by the Guinness World Records

The ultra-long course, measuring 1,000m in length and 30m in width, is covered with next-generation mats developed specifically for summer skiing, called "PIS*LAB." The performance of these mats provides a smooth glide and excellent edge grip, making carving and freestyle tricks stress-free

With a high-speed four-seater lift in operation and a permanent demo camp, it's the perfect summer slope for off-season training and is well-equipped for skiers and snowboarders

After-summer skiing, hot springs and day trip BBQs are popular

After skiing, take a dip in the hot spring "Manten no Yu" at the base before heading home. The bicarbonate hot spring, known for its skin-beautifying properties, will soothe your fatigue from the day

The ski resort also has a campsite called "Alpen Outdoors Shirotori Field." They have a wide selection of tents and BBQ gear available for rental, so you can camp empty-handed. There are also many outdoor activities such as athletics, walking trails, and a night gondola, so it's recommended for camping with your off-season training friends or for families
