The 2025-26 seasons are available with three different graphics.
Since the brand was born, WAPAN has been gaining popularity for its bold graphics that are inspired by the Japanese style, as the name suggests. WAPAN's unique development continues, allowing you to select your preferred graphics for each model and size, such as "i", "b", and "ha". Three new graphics will be released by three new artists during the 2025-26 season. Until now, one designer was working on the project, but with the use of three people, the graphic taste was also three different ways, and the wide range of messages have been expanded with a variety of expressions.
Three new graphics are "HOMRA", "SUZUME", and "SHIRASAGI". Let's introduce the motifs and artists that are depicted.
HOMURA
's "Flame" graphic motifs are flames and demons, and it depicts the scene where Flame burns down the hungry ghosts, purifying the impure things that Fudo Myo-o wears on his back. Let's take a closer look at the details. A graphic that combines traditional Japanese tradition with sophistication. Designed by Yamanaka Tomoro. This is a work by a creator who has attracted attention from all over the world, including being in charge of the cover illustrations for the paperback book "Jinkan" written by Imamura Shogo.
The SUZUME
motif is a sparrow. Tears lie in the eyes of the sparrow, flapping powerfully. The design expresses the small but powerful feeling. It's also cool that the background of the graphics includes a design with an Ainu pattern motif. The design was Degarashi, a snowboarder living in Hobe Town, East Hokkaido, Hokkaido.
SHIRASAGI:
The heron, which has been used in Japanese paintings since ancient times, is painted with gentle lines and is decorated with modern pop colors. The sight of a white heron standing in the quiet snow is beautiful. The design was "HALUBE" a snowboarder and designer from Zao local in Yamagata. He also works as an influencer and has been appointed as Zao's PR ambassador.
'25-26 season lineup
I (i) Powder Free ride model
"I" is a fat model with a center width of 122mm and is resistant to powder. The large, smooth rocker nose and tail are made of deep powder to ensure the ultimate buoyancy, allowing for a pleasant surf rift while adding a large spray. Although it is big fat, it has a strong glide feel, so it can handle any slope while drifting, and the radius around 20m is easy to use even for tight tree runs in Japan. You can choose from three types of graphics: "HOMURA", "SUZUME", and "SHIRASAGI".
RO(B) All Mountain model
The "RO" is an all-mountain model with a center width of 105mm, and its versatility stands out. A lightweight all-rounder that makes it easy to use with the nose and tail locker, and has a sturdy camber at the feet, making it easy to operate, making use of its rebound strength. It can be used in any situation, such as powder, tree run, pisten, item adhesion, butter tricks. The 191 and 161cm sizes added during the 24-25 seasons also have a good reputation, and is a continuing run-up. You can choose from three types of graphics: "HOMURA", "SUZUME", and "SHIRASAGI".
HA (Ha) Free Style Park model
The "HA" is a freestyle and park model with a 90mm center, twin tip and little camber. The overall tenacious flex supports landing with kickers, and the good weight balance makes it effective for tricks with jib items. The edge is thick and durable at 2.5mm, so you can feel safe even when riding tough with a box or rail. You can choose from three types of graphics: "HOMURA", "SUZUME", and "SHIRASAGI".
HO (ho) is carryover
"HO" is an all-mountain model with a center width of 100mm. The '25-26 season HO will be a carryover with '24-25 graphics continued in all sizes. You can choose from three popular graphics: "MATSU," "HEBI," and "DARUMA2."
