The VIABOOM, part of ZUMA's freeride line, features the widest waist shape in their lineup, exceeding 100mm. Its flex point is tuned for deep snow, providing an exceptional floating sensation in powder, almost like flying. Furthermore, its lightweight yet appropriately stiff construction makes it a versatile all-mountain board suitable for everything from groomed slopes to parks and freestyle tricks
The design has been completely revamped for the 26-27 season. In addition to its versatility, it evokes the image of "space," linking powder skiing to the extreme cold and weightlessness of the environment. The vibrant graphics stand out even on the snow, further enhancing the exhilaration of skiing
In the same freeride category as "VIABOOM," there are two models with a slightly narrower 98mm waist and a similar shape. One is the "MIY," which uses a soft and lightweight material composition to enable nimble hiking and riding. The other is the "GST," which is suitable for off-piste use while also demonstrating excellent carving performance on groomed slopes.
The "GST" model, which was once integrated into the "MIY" line, has been revived this season in response to requests from skiers seeking powerful riding, who wanted a tough model that could cover everything from carving to off-piste riding. Despite its slightly wider shape, it handles everything from short turns to long turns on the slopes with surprising agility. This unexpected riding feel is arguably the greatest appeal of this ski
The model name "GST" is an abbreviation of "Give Shape to Thoughts." This ski embodies the brand's philosophy, where the intentions of the maker and the skier are drawn out on the snow as turns and tracks

Founded in 1950 in Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture, "Maruei Sports" has its roots in the company, and in 1953, it began full-scale ski manufacturing as "Iiyama Ski Industry Co., Ltd." In 1961, it started developing fiberglass skis, and since 1964, it has offered a wide range of skis under the "Swallow SKI" brand, from beginner models to rentals and expert models. Based on the philosophy of "providing good skis at a fair price," and backed by the high level of technical expertise cultivated over more than 70 years, the Japanese freeski brand "ZUMA SKIS" was born
ZUMA started as a snowboard brand in 1995. The brand name comes from Zuma Beach in Los Angeles, where lucky dolphins swim. Based on the know-how it had cultivated, ZUMA released "ZUMA SKIS" in 2012 (with full-scale launch in 2015). The brand has also signed a contract with the Canadian national team, and world-class riders such as Cassie Sharpe, Simon d'Artois, Rachael Karker, and Brendan Mackay have been active in the FIS World Cup and the Beijing Olympics. Currently, it has grown into a brand that has a strong presence in the global freestyle snowboarding scene
