Experience sessions and lessons will be held at the next season's new model test drive event!
The Free Heel Ski Event “Free Heel 2023” by the Japan Telemark Ski Association (TAJ) and Free He Project Executive Committee has been announced. It is an event where you can experience the charm of telemark skiing through test rides of new models and trial lessons.
The venue is Mitake Ski Resort. First of all, the test drive event of the new model of the next season will be held for two days. Each manufacturer has opened a store, and it is an opportunity to try telemark skis and AT (alpine touring) ski related products on the snow.
A must-see for those who have never worn telemark skis before! There are plenty of programs that are safe even for beginners, such as "theme-based lessons" where instructors certified by the Japan Telemark Ski Association are themed on their respective areas of expertise and skills, and "one-day experience sessions" that combine equipment rental and training. there is You can participate as many times as you like, so let's experience the charm of telemark skiing.
In addition, there is also a program that can be enjoyed by intermediate and advanced players. Programs include the "Pole Skiing Experience," where you can ski on alpine race pole sets, and the "Let's play with step soles," where you can play in the mountains using skis with scale-shaped skis. TAJ-approved races are also held, so let's watch the advanced skaters up close.
