With the 2021-2022 season finally here, the year of the Beijing Olympics,
a unique initiative has been announced to support athletes competing in international tournaments such as the Olympics and FIS competitions.
It's called "Furisake."
"I love this snow sport too, so I want to see them do well at the Olympics. I want to be a supporter."
"I feel attached to them because they were born and raised in this area. I want them to do their best for the sake of our hometown! I'll be cheering for them."
"Furisake" is a platform that connects supporters and athletes, offering tangible support through crowdfunding to express the feelings and expectations that people have for individual sports and athletes.
Traveling to international competitions and training involves significant expenses.
Partially supporting these costs would undoubtedly allow athletes to expand their activities and improve their skills.
The hard work and brilliance of these athletes will surely excite us, their supporters, and make sports even more enjoyable.
The seven athletes selected from Nagano Prefecture will receive support this time:
Kondo Kokone (slopestyle, big air),
Sugimoto Kosuke (moguls), Maruyama Nozomi (ski jumping)
, Baba Naoto (cross-country)
,
Kato Seigo (alpine)
, Kobayashi Chika (cross-country)
, and Yamamoto Ryota (Nordic combined).
The support procedure is easy; you can do it
at a nearby Seven Bank ATM.
The support system is simple.
You can select the athlete you want to support and the support plan you want to choose from the Seven Bank ATMs located in nearby Seven-Eleven stores, and deposit your supporter fee.
