sponsored by K2 JAPAN We are looking for tour participants! May 14th (Sat) to 16th (Mon), 2022
Three days of backcountry tours unique to Tateyama in spring

The annual backcountry ski event "K2/BCA Tateyama Tengu Classic" by K2 JAPAN will be held again this year!

Ski tours led by K2 contract guides (Jun Horie, Iwao Saeki, Kazuya Igarashi, Yuzuru Handa) who know the fields of Tateyama inside out, and participatory events in which all participants line up short turn traces on a huge barn. The three-day event is filled with fun programs such as the "Tengu Classic" and workshops. This is an event for BC riders who are particular about the quality of the slide while enjoying the original charm of the Tateyama backcountry near the altitude of 3,000m at this time of the year when there is no congestion after Golden Week.

[Tengu Classic 3 Pillars]

1. Tateyama BC Tour (The tour plans a participatory short tour and optional tours for those who wish to participate)
・Enjoy Tateyama in spring with guidance from a guide familiar with Tateyama!

B. From Tengu-daira to Murodo area
C. Murodo to Tanbo-daira (using sticker and Alpine route)
D. From Murodo to Tsurugisawa/Masunasawa

2. Participatory event "Tengu Classic"
All participants will take on the challenge of a short turn on a single steep slope behind Tengudaira Sanso!
Everyone is free to do the challenge. You can challenge in various forms such as solo, formation, eight, etc. Wide skis are in vogue right now!

3. A workshop where you can test drive and try out the new 2022-2023 K2/BCA models
