This work is by Jimmy Chin, a filmmaker who climbs and skis in harsh environments as a mountain athlete himself. In 2002, he was selected as the cinematographer for the Changtang Highlands Trekking in Tibet.

After that, the movie "Free Solo", which approached Alex Honnold, a free solo climbing superstar who does not use any safety equipment such as lifelines, won numerous awards, including the Academy Award® for Best Documentary Feature. Jimmy Chin invites you to a world of powerful adventures through interviews with world-class athletes and documentary footage.

Each episode features athletes active in the great outdoors, such as big-mountain skier Angel Collinson and big-mountain freeride snowboarder Travis Rice. It not only shows how the athletes compete, but also closely follows their conflicts and anguish.

In addition, to commemorate the first broadcast in Japan, a special video of four people, professional climber Yuji Hirayama, freeride skier Ayana Onozuka, alpine climber Yusuke Sato, and photographer Naoki Ishikawa, has been released.

Let's check out the special movie that talks about the highlights and impressions of the program together with the main story.
