Palcall Tsumagoi Ski Resort in Gunma Prefecture is being reborn as a completely new resort this year . Preparations are currently underway for the opening on December 4th, and they are actively recruiting full-time instructors for the kids' ski school, "Magic Snow Academy," which will be starting this year.
Japan's first curriculum using special terrain
Magic Snow Academy is not your average kids' school; ituses specialized terrain—such as miniature versions of common park features like mini-pipes, waves, and tabletops—and implements a rain-based learning method originating in the United States, which focuses on training methods tailored to each type of feature.
We are looking for staff who are not only qualified but also have a free mindset
letting them practice freestyle skiing and snowboarding from a young age. That's why a "freestyle spirit" is essential for our staff. Our lessons, which convey the cool aspects of skiing and snowboarding, are significantly different from traditional schools. And of course, during their free time, they can ski to their heart's content at Japan's largest park, which is undergoing a major overhaul this year!

Employment Period: Early December 2021 to the end of April 2022
Hourly Wage: 1,000 to 1,200 yen per hour
Basic Working Hours: 8 hours (40 hours per week), 2 days off per week
