Planning and proposing promotional strategies for ski resorts;
planning and proposing promotional strategies for ski and snowboard and outdoor brands;
planning and proposing promotional strategies for national clients
; planning and proposing online campaigns utilizing social media; planning and managing
camping events and music festivals;
managing Instagram and TikTok advertising
planning and sales of advertising for our own web media (STEEP);
advertising sales for specialized magazines (BRAVOSKI, FALL LINE); advertising
for our own restaurants,
etc.

Salary and benefits
Full-time employees: Monthly salary 200,000-280,000 yen.
Contract employees: Monthly salary 200,000-270,000 yen. Hourly wage 1,000-1,400 yen.
Bonuses, various insurance and pension plans, weekends, holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays
Transportation expenses provided, various allowances available (according to company regulations). Basic salary and allowances will be determined considering experience, qualifications, etc.
Example: Starting salary for university graduates: 200,000 yen/month and up.
Contract period
Full-time employees: Year-round
Contract employees: Year-round or winter-only *There is a system for promotion to full-time employee after working for 6 months to 1 year.
