"Squad MAG" is a version of SMITH's iconic model "Squad" equipped with a MAG lens change stem. Gen Sasaki signature model appears in "Squad MAG". The design that SMITH's ART TEAM created with him included photographs taken in Japan, mainly in Niseko, on the strap, and by adding motifs of Mt. Yotei, which symbolizes the Niseko area, and a typical Japanese torii gate, the design became even more unique to him. Finished. This is the first time in history that a Japanese athlete has collaborated with the company, making it an imposing model.

I fell in love with SMITH's simple, streamlined design and world-class lens quality, and have been using them for over 12 years. When skiing, ensuring visibility is of the utmost importance. If you can't see it, you can't do anything, and you can't detect danger. The only person you can trust and entrust with that is SMITH.

Gen Sasaki

SMITH products have been used by him since he was 16 years old, and he has become one of Japan's top freeride skiers in both name and reality, and is expanding his range of activities. We spoke to him about goggles, helmets, sunglasses, and his thoughts on skiing in his hometown of Niseko, Hokkaido.

In addition, on the newly created "Gallery" page on the SMITH official website, you can see a LOOKBOOK to see how the shoes will be worn and download original smartphone wallpaper images.
