International mountain guide Yuji Emoto participates in the adventure race "X-Alps"! Raise participation costs through crowdfunding

Decided to participate in the world's toughest mountain race as the only Japanese player

Yuji Emoto, who entered the world's most difficult French national ski mountaineering school (ENSA) and acquired a ski instructor qualification and a mountain guide national qualification, is active both domestically and internationally as the only Japanese to acquire both qualifications. He has appeared in ski media such as FallLine and BRAVOSKI, and has been paragliding for nine years. He decided to participate in "X-Alps", which was a long-cherished wish.
The "X-Alps" is said to be the world's most grueling mountain race, in which a 1,800-kilometer course through the European Alps is traversed in 10 days using only foot and paragliding. It's not uncommon for the finish rate to be 6%, and it's not uncommon for only 2 of all participants to remain in the race because it's too hard. Emoto, who is 46 years old, is said to be the only Japanese who has been allowed to participate, but there is a clear difference between the world's top in terms of physical strength and paragliding history. Because of this environment, he aims to complete the race by making full use of his experience in climbing, paragliding, and trail running.
Such he will start crowdfunding from 18:00 today, March 8 (Wednesday). In participating in this race, due to the impact of the depreciation of the yen and high prices, the cost of traveling and accompanying assistants, and the cost of equipment to endure the two weeks soared. It is a difficult situation to face with the best system to participate. In addition, there is an overwhelming difference in the length of time you can preview with top players, the abundance of equipment you can use, and the number of companies you have contracts with.
Therefore, this time, I decided to collect the participation fee through crowdfunding. Only Emoto will be participating in this race from Japan, but through this crowdfunding, he will form Team Japan Emoto and plan to challenge the competition as a team.
A lunch debriefing session after returning to Japan will be held as a return of crowdfunding. It is a unique opportunity to hear directly from the person directly after participating in the too harsh race.
Let's support his challenge as a member of Team Japan Emoto.
