Changed the details based on the performance that was already sufficient in Tracker 3. The appearance of Tracker 4 is a message that bca regards "ease of use" as an important function and will not stop refining it.
Tracker 2 from the right, Tracker 3 in the center, and Tracker 4 on the left. The body size remains the same, but the ease of use has been greatly updated
The new Tracker 4 has five major changes.
The eye-catching orange resin parts are bumpers that act as shock absorbers.
It reduces the risk of breakage when you accidentally slip your hand. In addition, the body strength has been improved so that the position of the buried subject can be reliably notified in the event of an emergency.
Furthermore, the display is enlarged and the brightness is improved.
This makes the display even easier to read, even on sunny days. In Tracker 3, it was necessary to operate a switch to turn off the received sound in order to hear the surrounding sounds during the search. However, Tracker 4 employs a simple and effective means of muting sound by physically blocking the speaker hole provided at the bottom right of the screen with a finger.
TRACKER4
Tracker 4
Size = 12 x 7.5 x
Weight (including batteries) = 215g
Receiving range = 55m
Search zone range = 50m
49,000 yen + tax
There is no change in basic transmission and search performance, but the power consumption has been reduced by reviewing the software. I would also like to note that it has succeeded in extending the battery life.
None of these changes are going to make Tracker 3 users run to stores right now. However, usability has definitely improved. This is a product that shows the next-generation standard that bca aims for.
