FISCHER "RANGER" series has undergone a full model change!

In the 2022-23 season, the highlight of FISCHER is the fully redesigned "RANGER" series. The Ranger series was a lineup of two systems, the directional Ti and the twin-tip FR. Until last season, there was a mixture of models with different shapes and orientations, so it was difficult to understand which ski was suitable for what kind of skiing. Rebuild the concept to eliminate it. It was decided to make a full model change to a series that mainly focused on powder gliding and BC gliding.

A lineup that makes it easier to choose for each running style and field

The target demographics of the RANGER series are "experts" and "naturals."

'Experts' include skiers who prefer skis with a waist width of less than 100mm, who have racing experience, are technically skilled, and who perform precise edging and are energy driven. "Natural" is an image of people who prefer boards with a waist width of 100 mm or more, who want powder and ski intuitively in a free way.

For this conflicting target group, we have clearly divided the waist width and rocker shape for each model, and want to skate powerfully on a freeride but close to the piste! I want to slide with play in deeper powder! can meet such demands.

Titanal is introduced for proper stability without losing buoyancy and lightness. The layout of this Titanal allows you to change the position of the bindings according to your preferred riding style. Set forward for play and creative style. On the other hand, by setting it backward, it becomes a style that emphasizes power and speed.

Introduction of “Shaped TI with Flex Cut”

For the new RANGER series, we have developed shaped TIs with different widths, lengths, and cutting angles for each model. This shaped TI creates smooth operability, grip and stability.

In addition, the shape of the rocker changes around the waist width of 100mm. Over 100mm has a twin tip, and less than 100mm has a slightly flat tail, which brings out the gliding performance of each model. Let's check each one along with the video introducing each model.

RANGER 116|D=147-116-137mm|L=180, 187, 193cm|R=20m (187cm)|W=2150g (187cm)|¥126,500

The 116, which has the widest waist width in the RANGER series, is one that you can enjoy playing in powder. The flex is softer and lighter for better glide in deeper powder.

RANGER 108|D=143-109-134mm|L=171, 178, 185, 192cm|R=18m (185cm)|W=2120g (185cm)|¥126,500

"RANGER 108" with a waist width of 109mm, a well-balanced model that combines high gliding performance and operability in powder.

RANGER 102|D=138-103-128mm|L=169, 176, 183, 190cm|R=19m (183cm)|W=2050g (183cm)|¥112,200
RANGER 102|D=137-102-127mm|L=155, 162, 169, 176, 183, 190cm|R=18m (176cm)|W=1950g (176cm)|¥112,200

The RANGER 102 can be freely enjoyed with its high operability and stability, not only in powder, but also on slopes with different snow conditions such as side country and on-piste.
The difference between these two RANGER 102 is the difference in radius and the difference in length development. The light blue model is more maneuverable and comes in sizes starting at 155cm, making it easy for even small people to choose.

RANGER 96|D=129-97-120mm|L=173, 180, 187cm|R=18m (180cm)|W=1950g (180cm)|¥112,200
RANGER 96|D=128-96-119mm|L=159, 166, 173, 180cm|R=17m (173cm)|W=1850g (173cm)|¥112,200

"RANGER 96" It is a multi-condition model that can firmly carve turns, and titanium underfoot supports stability. This model is also available in two patterns. Ideal for those who want to match their physique or choose a type that is more maneuverable.

RANGER 90|D=129-90-114mm|L=170, 177, 184cm|R=17m (177cm)|W=1850g (177cm)|¥104,500
RANGER 90|D=129-90-114mm|L=156, 163, 170cm|R=16m (170cm)|W=1750g (170cm)|¥104,500

"RANGER 90" with the longest titanium in the series and more stable edging. As an all-mountain ski, it can handle both on-piste and heavy snow conditions.

RANGER|D=128-92-117mm|L=142, 152, 162, 172cm|R=15m (172cm)|W=1800g (172cm)|¥60,500

RANGER is the only one in the series that does not use Titanal. It has a soft flex and good operability at medium and low speeds, and is positioned as an entry model for freeride. Recommended for beginners who want to start freeriding.
