"OUTBACK" Debut by opening up unexplored territory!
About nine years ago, SWANS developed the "A-BLOW System", a system that forcibly ventilates the moisture accumulated inside the goggles by opening and closing the lenses. With the A-BLOW system, when you open the lever on the side of the goggles, the lenses come forward, creating a gap between the lenses and the frame that automatically promotes air circulation. It is a truly convenient and groundbreaking technology that is highly effective and immediate, as it can be operated even with gloves on.
In the 2023-24 season, we will release a new model "OUTBACK" equipped with this A-BLOW system. It can be said that it will be the main feature of SWANS next season.
We have developed spherical goggles so far, but OUTBACK adopts the first cylinder lens. By opening up an unexplored area, it became possible to obtain a clear shape and a wide field of view without distortion. Flat lenses allow the frame itself to be slightly flatter, resulting in a more flexible fit. It is also an advantage that even people who have felt a gap in the nose area will have a higher fitting. The double frame structure combines a supple fit and firm frame rigidity, making it compatible with eyeglasses.
For "OUTBACK", you can also choose the excellent photochromic lens that uses SWANS's proud photochromic technology to reduce the amount of ultraviolet rays, and the MIT lens series, the only mirror lens in the world that does not peel off.

Smart goggles that remove fog with electricity or wind
Naturally and physically, goggles inevitably generate "cloudy weather", but we will have a ventilation function that removes it with electric power and wind power. The goggles "HELI" with a micro turbo fan that removes fogging with a fan installed in the goggles, and the XED series "RACAN" that removes fogging with a heat-generating lens continue to be models that need attention.
HELI sucks up the moisture inside the goggles by rotating the micro turbo fan built into the upper part of the goggles. It's smart that the humidity sensor responds and the fan automatically turns only when the internal humidity is high.
RACAN completely blocks fogging and freezing of the lens by generating heat from the transparent heating element applied to the lens. By heating the entire goggles to about 35 to 40 degrees, water vapor can be evaporated, and the anti-fogging effect is very high, and good visibility can be maintained even in low temperatures during snowstorms and extreme cold. It is a model that can be relied on in terms of safety.
