The quality and stylish design of "VIVID lenses" will shine in the '24-25 season as well.

For the 2024-25 season, a solid lineup that shines with the excellent performance and stylish design unique to GIRO was unveiled.

The distinctive strength of GIRO goggles is the ``VIVID lens,'' which was jointly developed with ZEISS, a world authority in the optical field. VIVID's unique feature is that it only lets in blue rays to enhance contrast, while blocking harmful UV rays, resulting in extremely accurate vision. This VIVID lens makes it extremely easy to see the unevenness of the snow surface. When you skate with lenses that are easy to see, your body responds better, reduces fatigue, and increases the relaxation effect.

"Comp" is the highest model release that brings together GIRO's goggle technology!

Comp|\55,000

This "Comp" will be the top model in GIRO's goggle lineup for the '24-25 season.
This is a proud work that is packed with GIRO's many unique technologies. The cutting-edge "EXV+" (EXPANTION VIEW TECHNOLOGY) is a technology that expands the field of vision over a wide range by designing it using special equipment that reproduces the view through goggles. It provides a wide field of view that is equivalent to that seen with the naked eye. The lens is of course the VIVID toric double lens that GIRO is proud of.

``Comp'' is equipped with the ``SNAPSHOT magnetic lens exchange system,'' which allows lenses to be removed from the frame with a single push, and lenses can be exchanged instantly using magnets without touching the lenses directly.
Two VIVID Infrared lenses are included, one for sunny skies and one for cloudy skies, so if you carry a spare lens with you, you can instantly change lenses to suit any weather. It is very easy to use and allows you to enjoy skating comfortably with clear visibility all day long. "Comp" is a new debut in a high-end package that not only comes with a spare lens but also a dedicated goggle case.

Extensive WOMEN'S collection

GIRO's goggles have a rich lineup especially for women.
The ``Contour RS'' is a model that maintains the lenses and functionality of the extremely popular ``Contour,'' but has been adapted to fit women's face and head sizes. Other models that use the EXV frameless design and VIVID lenses include the ``Ella'' and ``Article II''. A wide variety of straps are available with stylish graphics and colors that women love. Another appealing feature is that it uses a face foam that is soft to the touch, making it gentle and very comfortable to wear.

Ultra-light helmet “Taggert Mips” debuts!

Taggart Mips|Size: M・L ¥30,800

For the '24-25 season, a new ultra-light helmet named "Taggert" will be released. Helmets weigh about 500g, but this Taggert weighs only 410g. Not only is it ultra-light, but it is also equipped with Mips, so you can be assured of safety and reliability. Mips is a well-known shock dispersion system that maintains the safety of the brain by shifting the Mips plate inside the helmet when the head is hit.

As you can see, there are no hole-shaped ventilation holes in the head, but the large structure inside the helmet and the large ventilation function at the back of the head allow air to be exhausted to the outside.

Although it has a simple design, it has good ventilation and improves comfort. It's ultra-lightweight, equipped with Mips, and comfortable to wear, and at 28,000 yen (excluding tax), it's also very cost-effective.
