After being active as a competitive skier for 20 years from alpine to moguls, he turned to the world of freeskiing. He shoots mainly in the HAKUBA valley mountain area, participates in freeride competitions and is widely active as a professional, and also serves as the patrol captain of the Iwatake Ski Resort.

The owner himself goes into the mountains and picks wild vegetables and mushrooms, and serves handmade 100% buckwheat noodles made from home grown buckwheat. This hand-made 100% buckwheat is exquisite, and the fragrance of the soba and the smoothness of the throat are outstanding. In addition, seafood directly delivered from Itoigawa fishing port is also available, and in winter, the hot pot changes daily, such as monkfish hotpot and Kobusegani hotpot. Special orders such as assorted sashimi are also available. The contents of the dish change depending on the day, so please look forward to what will be served.
