Haus San Anton|A gastronomic inn that feels like home at the foot of a mountain in Austria|Nozawa Onsen

Shinshu Nozawa Onsen, but a European space

Haus San Anton looks like a mountain lodge at the foot of the European Alps.

It's a special space that makes you feel as if you're in Austria, and makes you forget that you're in Nozawa Onsen, Shinshu. However, if you take a step outside, you will find yourself in the middle of the hot spring town of Nozawa Onsen.

(Of course, the ski resort is also within walking distance!) Representative is Mr. Mikio Katagiri, a famous downhiller who has competed in the Olympics twice. Kensaku Katagiri, a chef and young master, is a former All Japan Alpine ski champion. House San Anton, run by the best skiing family in Nozawa Onsen, not only attracts many ski players and athletes from all over the world, but also many domestic and foreign gourmets and VIP guests who come to enjoy the food.

Add love to delicious handmade and additive-free ingredients

House San Anton places the highest priority on food, and it goes without saying that what we offer is handmade and additive-free.

By adding “love”, which is often forgotten in modern society, we can remind people of the original meaning of “food”, such as the harmony and communication through “food” and the continued health through eating. I'm looking for a place like “In Nozawa Onsen surrounded by mountains, please feel the deliciousness of the ingredients that are the blessings of nature and the splendor of the world as it is. increase".
A message from Chef Katagiri.
