MSP's flagship rider, Erik Jöllefson, also known as Hoji, has surprisingly had almost no experience riding in Japan. However, a video has been released showing him visiting Hokkaido during the 2019-20 season and jamming with locals
With a limited stay of only four days, Hoji deepened his connections with various skiers while changing locations to ski in Niseko, Akaigawa, and Teine Highland.
Among the Japanese riders who participated in this session were Taiyo Nakanishi, Tenran Katsuno, Taisuke Kusunoki, and Satoshi Tsukahara.
The video also includes an interview with Hoji, in which he talks about his career and his thoughts on the signature skis he creates.
