A major spot with excellent access from the city center
Water jump S-air is located next to Seibu Amusement Park in Saitama Prefecture. It's easily accessible from central Tokyo, about 60 minutes from Shinjuku via the Seibu Line, and just a 5-minute walk from Seibuen Station. It's the largest off-season training facility in the Kanto region
There are nine kickers and a vast pool. The largest jump is 15 meters, the medium jumps are 8-10 meters, and the small jumps are 2-6 meters. First-timers can start with a beginner's practice platform (1 meter) to get used to sliding on artificial turf and getting a feel for the water
S-air's unique approach lies in offering slopes tailored to specific needs, such as slopes specifically designed for skiers and slopes recommended for snowboarders
In addition to ski jumping, the facility offers activities such as one of the largest jib parks in Japan, trampolines, and water sports, making it a lively spot in the summer, attracting a variety of freeskiers and families
From the end of June to the end of September, on weekends and holidays, and throughout August, there are also days when the facility is open until 10:00 PM. This is a convenient service for business people and students alike
Renovated jib area
The jib area, which reopened in 2025 after renovations, boasts a wide box, flat-down box, 6m PVC rail, and 5m double rail, offering a wide variety of features. Its safe design makes it easy to maintain balance, making it enjoyable for riders of all levels, from beginners to advanced. A new jib park and a dedicated ground trick lane are also under construction, further expanding the ways to enjoy the area!
