In the year 2000, in Seattle, USA, a brand was born thanks to two riders, Jason Brown and Blue Montgomery. That brand was CAPiTA. Distinguishing itself from existing brands at the time, its starting point was a DIY spirit of "creating products from the perspective of snowboarders themselves." With a rebellious spirit of "not being afraid to be different," they have thoroughly focused on creating boards that bring out the individuality of the rider, rather than just being tools for riding
The brand name comes from "per-capita" (per person), reflecting the philosophy of catering to the individuality of each person.
