Currently, surfing (shortboard) Kana Nakashio (ranked 1st in the Japan Surfing Federation's annual ranking for 5 consecutive years), Daiaki Kunitake, who finished 4th in the snowboarding big air at the 2022 Beijing Olympics, and young hope Himeaki Morii. In snowboarding, we also sponsor tournaments, and last season we became the title sponsor of the tournament, ``BOOKOFF presents FIS Big Air Japan Cup 2023.'' In order to expand the entry level, BOOKOFF actually has various mechanisms in place. One of them is participating in events. For example, we set up a purchase booth at Winter Sports, Japan's largest ski and snowboard equipment sales event held nationwide from Hokkaido to Tokai. When users bring in gear they no longer need, they will be given a gift voucher that can be used at the event and can be used to purchase accessories. Ski resorts also hold events where you can buy and sell gear on the spot. Especially during the slippery season in early spring, it's common to hear people say, ``This gear will be out of use this season.''
