"Chanmero Freeride" is a freeride competition that has been held at HAKUBAVALLEY for the past two seasons. It is a
grassroots competition that has been created through trial and error by skiers rooted in Hakuba Norikura Onsen, Happo-one, and Iwatake, together with the participants.
Chanmero Freeride is planning a junior-oriented "training camp" for the 2023-2024 season.
Skiers and snowboarders from 4th grade elementary school to 3rd year high school will gather under one roof, eat meals together, and immerse themselves in freeriding for two days and one night. The camp is aimed at kids who can ski anywhere on the slopes and want to start freeriding, or those who want to get even more hooked on freeriding.
The coaching riders are so impressive that even adults will want to join in. You'll experience a fun experience that you wouldn't get if you were just skiing as usual
