This season saw more snowfall compared to last season, allowing for a longer and more enjoyable season.
As the season drew to a close on April 27th, Hoshino Resorts Nekoma Mountain made the following announcement.
The resort's final day of operation was scheduled for May 6th (Tuesday), but after determining that there was sufficient snow to allow skiing beyond the 7th, it was decided to extend the season for the first time in its history*.
*According to Nekoma Mountain research, data from the 2008-09 season onwards, when Hoshino Resorts began operating Nekoma Ski Resort.
The extended hours are as follows:

Lift tickets are also available at half price! (A separate IC lift deposit of 500 yen is required.)

Nekoma Mountain still has plenty of snow, but announcements about the end of extended operating hours are made on their website and social media three days in advance.
