It's not over even after you've finished skiing! A new winter event, "Tsuki no de Apres Ski," will be held to immerse yourself in the afterglow of the ski resort | Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Tomamu

Hoshino Resorts Tomamu, a nature wonder resort where you can experience the land of Hokkaido, will be holding a new winter event called "Tsuki no de Apres Ski" from December 26, 2025 to April 4, 2026, where you can enjoy the afterglow of the ski resort even after you've finished skiing!

Après-ski is a culture that originated in the European Alps as a lifestyle of spending quality time after skiing or snowboarding. This event was born from the desire to incorporate the charm of Après-ski and make people's stay at snow resorts even more enjoyable.

The venue will be Café & Hamburger "Tsukino," located halfway up the slopes in a corner of "Hotaru Street," a ski-in/ski-out village with nine stores offering dining and shopping. In a space filled with lights and music, you can enjoy your après-ski time with drinks and original menu items.

Feature 1: Enjoy drinks and music in a lit-up space

At the venue, guests can bring their own beer, whiskey, or other alcoholic beverages and enjoy them with family and friends in a lit-up space accompanied by music. A variety of genres, including pop and R&B, will be played, and fragrant rum, gin, and vodka will also be served, allowing guests to spend a special time basking in the afterglow of their skiing.

Feature 2: Selling hamburgers perfect for relaxing after skiing

Hamburgers are a food loved all over the world in all different styles. The Rider's Burger, which pursues the "original taste and appearance" of the hamburger, is served at Café & Hamburger Tsukino.

The beef patty, with the perfect balance of lean meat and fat, is grilled to perfection and paired with a crunchy, milky bun and fresh vegetables, creating a light flavor you'll want to eat every day. You can fully enjoy the flavor of the ingredients in every bite, and the thick yet easy-to-eat shape is a plus. It's satisfying enough to satisfy your hunger, yet leaves a surprisingly light aftertaste. It's a simple yet highly refined dish that you won't tire of.

Feature 3: Introducing the "Pair Lift Chair" and original menus to soak up the afterglow of skiing

The "Pair Lift Chairs," a remake of a real lift that was once used at Tomamu, further enhance the excitement.

Also available as exclusive event menu items are "Snowing Hot Wine" accented with powdered sugar and cinnamon to resemble snow, and "Snowing Snowballs" coated in white chocolate. The snowballs are served in a lift-shaped basket, and the picks are also designed to resemble ski poles, expressing the world of skiing down to the smallest detail.
