Arc'teryx will open the Arc'teryx Sapporo Brand Store on Friday, April 25, 2025. This will be the brand store closest to outdoor activity fields and will house the ReBIRD™ Service Center, the second such store in Japan after the Shinjuku store. As a new base for enjoying outdoor activities in the majestic nature of Hokkaido, the store will offer not only products but also a wide range of services and content, from aftercare to community events
The store, which occupies two floors (477 m²) of the new commercial facility "4PLA," will open on the site of "4-chome Plaza," a beloved landmark of the Odori district of Sapporo for many years. It is a spacious space where you can experience the Arc'teryx worldview.
The open interior is filled with natural light, and the facade facing the main street uses glass that does not block light, allowing customers to experience the product colors, one of Arc'teryx's specialties. The design allows customers to instantly experience the color image when wearing the product in the field.
In addition, following on from the Arc'teryx Shinjuku Brand Store which opened last November, the store will also feature the ReBIRD™ Service Center, the first in Hokkaido to offer washing services. This premium store will not only allow customers to consult with dedicated staff about care and repairs, but will also be able to learn how to wash Arc'teryx products in the in-store washer/dryer and receive direct instruction on the correct maintenance methods
In addition, various community events will be held, providing a forum for communication between participants and ARC'TERYX staff, as well as between outdoor enthusiasts and other users
