Aya Sato has joined K2 SNOWBOARDING as a global rider for the 2022-23 season. Originally from Tsunan, Niigata Prefecture, she started snowboarding at the age of three and obtained her professional halfpipe qualification at the age of 13. After competing in halfpipe and slopestyle contests, she has since focused on the freeride world. She has won the JAPAN FREERIDE OPEN four times in a row and is one of the riders to watch
A talk session titled "AYA SATO - ATHLETE STORIES" will be held, where Sato Aya will reveal aspects of herself that are not usually discussed. Participation is free and limited to 40 people, so please register early
