Salary and benefits
- According to company regulations. Compensation will be determined based on experience
(e.g., full-time employee: monthly salary 200,000-280,000 yen; contract employee: monthly salary 200,000-270,000 yen, hourly wage 1,100-1,400 yen). - Bonuses, various insurance and pension plans, weekends, holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays
- Transportation expenses and various allowances are provided (in accordance with company regulations). Base salary and allowances are determined based on experience, qualifications, etc
Contract period
- Full-time employee: All year round
- Contract employee: Year-round or winter only *There is a system to become a full-time employee after six months to one year of employment
