The world's first rail contest to be held at a temple, "COWDAY STREET 2024 in Osaka Kitamido," will take place on November 23rd (Sat) and 24th (Sun) in Osaka.
It's rare enough to have snow falling in the middle of Osaka, but the venue is Kitamido (Hongwanji Tsumura Betsuin), a temple in Osaka City. Two rails will be set up on the stairs of this historic temple for the contest. Don't miss COWDAY STREET 2024, the first of its kind in Japan and the only one of its kind in the world.
15 amazing invited riders announced
Fifteen top professional riders, both male and female, have been invited. This includes top Japanese riders such as Ryo Aizawa, Aoi Kimura, and Hiroto Ogihara, as well as Zeb Powell, known for his knuckle hack at the X Games.

A snow-themed experiential event will also be held
In addition to the rail contest, there will be snow play and snowboarding experiences for children. Local restaurants will also be set up, and there will also be live music performances featuring guests. This will be an event that anyone can enjoy, combining the atmosphere of the city with the snow

〇Snow Experience for
Kids: This event provides an opportunity for children living in urban areas, who don't usually have many chances to interact with snow, to learn about the joys of snow and the culture of enjoying the seasons by having them play in the snow. We will set up sledding experiences and a snow play area so that children can play in the snow freely.
〇Snowboarding Experience for Kids:
With the cooperation of Murasaki Sports, a company that sells action sports equipment such as surfing, snowboarding, and mountain biking, we will provide equipment that makes it easy for children to put on boards, and offer them the experience of snowboarding with the assistance of staff.
