Professional snowboarderTadashi Fuse, who has been a leading figure in the Japanese snowboarding scene, will celebrate his 30th anniversary this season. To commemorate this significant milestone, an anniversary event, "Back to Roots, Back to Snow – TADASHI FUSE 30th Snow Gathering," will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Tengendai Plateau in Yamagata Prefecture.
Throughout his 30-year career, Fuse has consistently cherished "respect for the snow-covered mountains" and "connections with his friends."
As the name suggests, this event is a place to return to the "roots" of snowboarding. Being drawn to the snowy mountains, riding with friends, and how the culture grows from there—the aim is to share the true charm of snowboarding with all participants.
On the day, there will be plenty of content, including a snow session with Tadashi Fuse himself, brand booths where you can touch the latest gear, and a film screening and talk show that will give you a deeper look at snowboarding culture.
No advance registration or participation fee is required.
