Season ticket application process
Obtain the application form from the official website of the Hokkaido Powder Belt Promotion Council and fill in the required information
Please enclose the application form, payment, a photo (within the last three months, clearly showing your face, 4cm-7cm high, 3cm-6cm wide), and a copy of proof of age (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.), and send it by registered mail to the address below
