Enjoy off-season training at one of Japan's largest summer ski slopes!
This summer, Kagura Summer Slope will open at Kagura Ski Resort on Saturday, July 23, 2022. With a run of approximately 1,100m and a maximum course width of 50m, it is one of the largest in Japan. The snow mat-covered course features 10 consecutive waves and a whopping 30 consecutive mogul lanes
When skiing on the summer slopes, be sure to bring not only a helmet and gloves, but also protective gear and clothing (long sleeves and long pants), and use old skis (coated with summer wax) or skis designed for use on snow mats. If you don't have your own skis, renting them is a good option. Unlike on snow, the damage caused by a fall can be greater, so enjoy summer skiing while being mindful of this
