Lost Arrow, which handles a variety of brands including Black Diamond, Fritsch, Scarpa, and Osprey, will be holding a "Backcountry Ski Gear Experience Event." At this event, you can actually hike up a snowy slope using test gear to see the non-gliding performance that is rarely available on snow
You can participate in two programs: the "Hike-Up Gear Experience," where you can test the walking performance of boots, bindings, and climbing skins; and the "Avalanche Gear Experience," where you can try out various avalanche gear through companion rescue using an avalanche beacon and airbag deployment
In addition, mountain guide Genki Narumi will give a lesson on hiking up the slopes, and practical training will be held, including a search experience using an avalanche beacon. Participation is free, and there will also be a nice bonus of free lift tickets on the day
On the day, you can test ride skis, boots, bindings, and various avalanche gear, including new models. Telemark skiing has also been added, so why not take this opportunity to try it out?
