For the 2023-2024 season, an amazing joint season pass has been announced. This pass allows
unlimited skiing at 23 ski resorts located in northern Nagano Prefecture, including Shiga Kogen (18 ski resorts), Nozawa Onsen, Madarao (2 ski resorts), Togakushi, and Ryuo. Northern Shinshu is a popular ski area known for its abundant, high-quality natural snow, combined with the unique charm of Shinshu's rural landscape. Each ski resort is full of individual appeal,
boasting large scale, varied courses, excellent snow quality, and stunning scenery. And there are 23 of them! This means you can ski for up to 164 days during the season.
The background is that the "BIG2 Pass," a joint season pass previously sold by Shiga Kogen and Nozawa Onsen, and the "NMT Pass," a joint season pass for Nozawa Onsen, Madarao, and Togakushi, have been combined, with Ryuo now included. The biggest feature of this "NAGANO6 PowderDreamPass" is that you
can ride the gondolas and lifts at all ski resorts directly with your season pass (IC card). Furthermore, there is no need to exchange it for a lift ticket, making it stress-free.
For users, it's a win-win situation, as they can choose their destination based on the weather and snow conditions, and satisfy their adventurous spirit to explore various snow-covered mountains.
In addition to the winter benefits at each ski resort, it also comes with benefits that can be used in the next summer season, such as free access to Ryuo's "SORA Terrace" and Tangram's "Nojiri Lake Terrace," all for 120,000 yen per adult.
