December 2023. Hoshino Resorts Nekoma Mountain was newly created by connecting Alts Bandai and Nekoma Ski Resort. Spanning the north and south sides of Mount Nekoma, it is a large ski resort with 13 lifts and 33 courses.
The southern area (formerly Alts Bandai) offers open skiing with magnificent views of Mount Bandai and Inawashiro, while the northern area (formerly Nekoma Ski Resort) is on a northern slope at a higher altitude, with excellent light snow that can be enjoyed for a long season until spring. You can freely move between the two areas, and this year a tree run zone has been added, making it even better!
Last season, it was open for 158 days, making it the longest-opening facility in Fukushima Prefecture for the second year in a row. This season, it is scheduled to be open for 159 days, from November 29, 2025 to May 6, 2026
