The Japan Travel Bureau Foundation, a public interest incorporated foundation, launched the "Mountain Resort Research Group" as an independent research project in fiscal year 2021.
As part of its research activities, a large-scale monitor survey targeting skiers and snowboarders will be conducted. Those selected as monitors for this survey will receive the right to purchase six lift tickets usable at "15 ski resorts nationwide" for 10,000 yen (tax included).

Application Period: October 18, 2021 - Late October 2021
Notification of Results: Early November 2021 (tentative)
Sales Period: November 8, 2021 - November 15, 2021
Usage Period: The monitoring period, including the pre-season survey, is from November 1, 2021 to March 6, 2022. Lift tickets can be exchanged from the opening date of each ski resort until March 6, 2022.(The operating period may change from the originally planned opening date due to snowfall or other reasons.)
Conditions for participating as a monitor
① Participate in a general survey to be conducted approximately three to four times before the ski season (November to December) and during the ski season (December to March)
② During the ski season (December to March), each time you visit a ski resort, you will be asked to fill out a survey about your experience (we will send you an email requesting your experience at the ski resort)

- This voucher can be used as an exchange ticket for a one-day lift ticket six times during the 2021-22 season at the 15 ski resorts listed below (some dates may be unavailable).
- You can receive your lift ticket by showing the ticket screen on your smartphone at the lift ticket counter of each ski resort.

Precautions
- Monitors will be selected based on the questionnaire submitted during the lottery application process.
- Please ensure that you can receive emails from passmarket-master@mail.yahoo.co.jp.
・Please be sure to apply for the following number of tickets (if you apply for more than the specified number of tickets, your application may be rejected)
A. Six lift ticket exchange vouchers
B. One payment ticket (not usable)
・Use by anyone other than the ticket purchaser is strictly prohibited. If fraudulent use is discovered, the amount equivalent to the loss of the lift ticket may be claimed.
・Refunds are not possible for any reason after ticket purchase, including cases where the ski resort was not used even once during the season.
・During the season, some ski resorts may shorten their operating period due to factors beyond the foundation's control, such as light snowfall or the impact of COVID-19, but refunds will not be provided in such cases.
・For inquiries regarding this survey, please contact the secretariat, the Japan Travel Bureau Foundation (smrm@jtb.or.jp). Inquiries cannot be accepted at individual ski resorts.
・Tickets expire after the usage period.
・Personal information received will be managed in accordance with the Japan Travel Bureau Foundation's personal information protection policy and will be destroyed after the completion of the project.
