Although a relatively new brand, having started in 2014, it boasts big mountain snowboarders such as Bjorn Leines as brand ambassadors and has attracted attention as an up-and-coming brand in the powder and freeride industry, having won Best New Brand at the SHAPERS SUMMIT held in Jackson Hole.
In Japan, Koji Sugimoto, who is active in the Tohoku area, is the brand's ambassador.
The brand's origins lie in Cardiff Fork in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, USA. The founder and architect, Sam Bawden, was familiar with trekking and snowboarding from a young age, but realized that there was no equipment that was ideal for riding the local mountains.
So, he combined his knowledge gained from years of facing and riding the mountains with his experience as an architect to create original and high-quality freeriding snowboards.
The same model is available in splitboards and snowboards, and you can choose between two materials: ENDURO and PROCARBON. This craftsmanship and customizable manufacturing philosophy covers the differences in each rider's ideas, models, and riding styles, allowing you to find a board that suits your style
His snowboard creations have their roots in his own experiences. The brand is based on the belief that he climbed the ridges of Cardiff and wanted to create better splitboards and snowboards for his own riding. The logo represents a compass that points the way, and also represents standing on the top of a mountain under the philosophy of "Stand in High Places." He believes that by learning from the snowy mountains, one can grow as a person and act with an eye on higher goals
