One of the fastest natural snowfalls in Hokkaido

On Wednesday, December 2nd, Nakayama Pass Ski Resort in Hokkaido opened for the season.
The opening had been delayed due to a lack of snow, but with the arrival of snowfall, the resort finally opened for the season.

As of Friday, December 4th (after 8am), Nakayama Toge Ski Resort currently has 80cm of snow, a temperature of -10℃, and it is snowing, making the slopes a bit foggy

Despite being at an altitude of 830m, it boasts excellent accessibility, just a 60-minute drive from Sapporo. Conveniently located, it offers top-quality powder snow typical of Hokkaido.
Every year, Nakayama Pass is bustling with skiers and snowboarders eagerly awaiting its opening, and the "first run" of the season has arrived once again.

Thorough preventative measures are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
This season, to avoid overcrowding, entry will be restricted once the parking lot is full.
