Anon's first snowsports helmet to use WaveCel®, their new shock absorption technology

With unique designs that suit any rider style, Anon'sgoggles, lenses,and face masksare developed in collaboration with Burton to achieve a fit that maximizes comfort, performance, and durability. For the 2020-21 season, Anon hasproduced the first snow sports helmets using the new impact absorption technology Wave Cel®, the "Merak WaveCel" and "Logan WaveCel," and sales started on January 14th (Thursday). This season, Anon will have exclusive distribution rights in the snow sports industry.

The new Anon WaveCel® helmettechnology designed to prevent head injuries from impacts on the snowクノロジーを搭載。WaveCel®The WaveCel® helmet's retractable cell structure, which covers the inside of the helmet,helps absorb the impact that reaches the rider's head.

WaveCel®absorb the energy generated by impact andprotect the head.First, upon impact, the cells deform to reduce the initial force;then, they collapse like a car bumper; and finally, the cells slide to move the force of the impact away from the head.
