[Urgent Recruitment] Recruiting 2 full-time and contract employees for the start of a new business in the Yuzawa ski area!
SKI/Snowboard/Outdoor enthusiasts are welcome!
Cast Co., Ltd., which provides restaurants and resort services in the Yuzawa area, such as Naeba Ski Resort and Maiko Resort's WHISTER Cafe is urgently recruiting full-time and contract employees for the start of a new business this season.
New stores are scheduled to open at resorts in the Yuzawa area in December 2021 and May 2022.
We are looking for someone to cook, serve customers and manage new projects for this new restaurant.
Healthy
(If you are considering moving from the Tokyo metropolitan area, there is support for finding housing.) From this season, you must be able to live locally and work full-time.
Since you will be living in a snowy country, people who like skiing, snowboarding, and the outdoors are welcome!

Yuzawa is one of Japan's heaviest snowfall areas, and the powder is amazing!
The rice and sake are delicious.
The distance between the snowy mountains and the city is close, so it's convenient and comfortable.
There are many good ski resorts such as Naeba, Kagura, Yuzawa Kogen, Maiko and GALA Yuzawa.

Healthy men and women over the age of 18
[Salary/Benefits]
(Full-time employee) Monthly salary 200,000 to 260,000 yen
(Contract employee) Monthly salary 170,000 to 250,000 yen Hourly wage 1,000 to 1,400 yen
Twice a year bonus, pension insurance, total 120 days off per year (including 2 or more shifts and long vacations),
transportation expenses and various allowances (according to internal regulations),
special benefits for using ski resort facilities (according to company regulations) )
Determine base salary and allowances based on experience, qualifications, etc.
