[Urgent Recruitment] Yuzawa Ski Area is looking for 2 full-time and contract employees for a new business launch!
Ski, snowboard, and outdoor enthusiasts are especially welcome!
Cast Co., Ltd., which provides restaurants and resort services in the Yuzawa area, including "WHISTER Cafe" at Naeba Ski Resort and Maiko Resort , is urgently seeking full-time and contract employees as it launches a new business this season.
We are planning to open new stores in the Yuzawa area resort in December 2021 and May 2022.
We are looking for staff to provide cooking and customer service at these new stores, as well as to manage new projects.
Healthy
The condition is that you must establish a base of operations in the area and be able to work full-time starting this season.
Since you will be living in a snowy region, those who love skiing, snowboarding, and the outdoors are especially welcome!

Yuzawa is one of Japan's snowiest areas and the powder snow is amazing!
The rice and sake are delicious,
and the proximity between the snow-covered mountains and the town makes it convenient and comfortable.

Resort Services Staff Responsibilities include:
Restaurant operations and management at three ski resorts in the Yuzawa area operated by our company; Resort services operations and management;
Store manager duties; Manager support duties; Cooking and customer service.

Yuzawa-machi, Minamiuonuma-gun, Niigata Prefecture
* Restaurants and activity service shops within ski resorts in this area
[Eligibility]
Healthy men and women aged 18 and over
[Salary and Benefits]
(Full-time employees) Monthly salary 200,000-260,000 yen
(Contract employees) Monthly salary 170,000-250,000 yen Hourly wage 1,000-1,400 yen
Bonuses twice a year, pension insurance coverage, 120 days of annual leave (including shift holidays and at least two long vacations),
transportation allowance, various allowances (according to company regulations)
, discounts on ski resort facilities (according to each company's regulations),
basic salary and allowances determined based on experience, qualifications, etc.,
support for those wishing to relocate (you can utilize government subsidies).
