[Urgent] We are looking for two full-time and two contract employees to start a new business in Yuzawa Ski Area!
We welcome those who love skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor activities!

 

Cast Co., Ltd., which provides restaurants and resort services in the Yuzawa area, including WHISTER Cafe at Naeba Ski Resort and Maiko Resort is urgently recruiting full-time and contract employees to start a new business this season.

We are planning to open new stores at resorts in the Yuzawa area in December 2021 and May 2022.
We are looking for staff to help with cooking and customer service at these new stores, as well as manage new projects.

healthy men and women over 18 years old who can commute to a ski resort in the Yuzawa area. (If you are considering relocating from the Tokyo metropolitan area, we will provide support in finding a home.)
Starting this season, you must be able to live locally and work full-time.
Since you will be living in a snowy country, we welcome those who love skiing, snowboarding, and the outdoors!

Yuzawa is one of Japan's snowiest areas and the powder snow is amazing!

The rice and sake are delicious.
The snowy mountains and the city are close by, making it convenient and comfortable.

There are many great ski resorts in the area, including Naeba, Kagura, Yuzawa Kogen, Maiko, and GALA Yuzawa.

Restaurant operation management and resort service operation management at three ski resorts in the Yuzawa area operated by our
company Manager duties and manager assistance for each store, cooking and customer service duties

[Eligibility]
Healthy men and women aged 18 or over

[Salary and benefits]
(Full-time employee) Monthly salary of 200,000 to 260,000 yen
(Contract employee) Monthly salary of 170,000 to 250,000 yen Hourly wage of 1,000 to 1,400 yen

Bonuses twice a year, pension insurance, 120 days of holidays per year (including shift holidays and at least two long holidays),
transportation expenses paid, various allowances (in accordance with company regulations),
preferential treatment for using ski resort facilities (in accordance with each company's regulations),
base salary and allowances determined based on experience, qualifications, etc.
Support for those wishing to relocate (government subsidies available)
