With April here, the snow-covered mountains are in full spring mode, and the spring season is in its latter half. The '22-'23 new model test ride season is also drawing to a close.
Have you had a chance to try out the new skis and snowboards that you've been curious about?
Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, a popular big mountain resort known for its abundant snow and hot spring atmosphere, will be hosting its annual spring event, the "2022/23 New Model Ski and Snowboard Test Ride Event,"
for three days from April 8th (Fri) to 10th (Sun).
The list of exhibiting manufacturers was updated on March 31st, and specific model names that will be available for test rides have been announced for some brands. There will be
over 25 ski brands, nearly 10 snowboard brands, and several other brands of goggles and waxes that will give you a feel for using them on snow, for a total of over 40 brands participating. And
with such a wide variety, participation is completely free! You can't miss this opportunity!

Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, Nagano Prefecture
■Date and time: April 8th (Fri) - 10th (Sun), 2022
◇Registration Hours: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM (until 1:30 PM on the last day)
◇Test Ride Hours: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (until 2:00 PM on the last day)
◇Participation Fee: Free (Lift ticket not included)
■Notes
- On-site registration on the day of the event. However,you must print out the consent form in advance, sign it, and bring it with you.
Download the consent form for participation in the new model ski and snowboard test ride event.
- At registration, you must present a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license) that includes your address, etc. (copies and expired IDs are not accepted). -
Maximum of 20 minutes per test ride.
