Niseko-based "OYUKI" opens new stores in Hakuba and Whistler

OYUKI, which was born in Niseko, a famous powder snow destination, and has always cherished the connection between snowy mountains and the "Big Snow Culture," is opening its first off-piste stores in two locations: Hakuba, Japan, and Whistler, Canada.

The new OYUKI store is not just a retail outlet, but aims to function as a "brand space" where visitors can gather, explore, and experience the snow mountain culture that the brand cherishes.

Location: Whistler Village (British Columbia)
Operating period: November 2025 - April 2026

OYUKI has crossed the Pacific Ocean to open a new store at the base of Whistler Blackcomb. This first store in North America symbolizes the beginning of a new chapter, but the brand's essence remains the same: "Making gear that truly works on deep snow fields."

In addition to the Winter '26 line, the store will offer carefully selected gear for locals and tourists who want to ski the long season. Whistler-exclusive items will also be sold in-store.

Since its founding in Niseko, OYUKI has been developing "truly usable gear" through extensive testing in some of the world's deepest snow environments. This new store will be a place to share that story with the community of riders, creators, locals, and travelers on the actual snowy mountains. In addition to trying on gear and checking out the latest collection, customers can also experience the brand's roots in "Big Snow Culture."
