A waterproof shell is essential for enjoying skiing and snowboarding.
Frequent washing is important in order to use your favorite shell for a long time. However, in reality, each person has their own concerns, such as ``cleaning the shell is troublesome'' and ``I don't know how to maintain it.''
Patagonia will be holding a ``patagonia Wash Party'' for people who have such problems.
At the event, participants will learn how to wash shells, restore water repellency, basic washing tips, and the importance of maintenance while enjoying light snacks.
The event will also include sampling of STORM detergents and water repellents made specifically for outdoor wear and gear.
■STORM is
a detergent and water repellent kit that removes dirt, protects materials, and restores water repellency. We do not use PFCs (perfluorinated compounds), which cause environmental pollution, and we use aluminum bottles to prevent microplastic pollution. An earth-friendly detergent that saves time and water with its one-wash cycle.
